Rates are per night ( a minimum stay of 2 nights is required, 1 night might be possible but on request only)

Fewo 1 (Flat1) 32qm      min 2 nights              € 49 per night  (max. 2 Pers.+ 1 Child)

Fewo 2 (Flat2) 47qm      min 2 nights             € 55 per night  (max. 5 Pers.)

Fewo 3 (Flat3) 47qm      min 2 nights             € 55 per night  (max. 4 Pers.)         

Fewo 4 (Flat4) 105qm     min 2 nights              € 75 per night  (max. 8 Pers.)

(rates are per night and based on 2 people sharing the flat)

An additional bed in the room is charged at € 12 per person and night.

Children up to the age of 3 years stay for free! For your little ones we can provide you with a complimentary folding bed and a high chair. 

Pets considered and on request!

 The above rates include all linen and towels and the final cleaning of the apartment after check out. ( Exception: on arrival with small pets there will be a charge, please ask )

 At peak season ( Easter, Whitsun, Christmas, Christmas weekends, New Years Eve) a surcharge applies of €10 per flat/ per night .

Parking  outside is free of charge with a special parking permit that you will get from us. The place for parking is about 5 minutes walking distance from your accomodation.

A car park just opposite the building can be purchased separately, prices depending on length of your stay, pleas ask.

A tourist tax applies in Wernigerode and is currently charged at € 2.80 per adult and night.( please note that the day of arrival and departure is considered to be just 1 day)

If you love cycling or like to go on a joyride through the Harz mountains we can arrange bike hire for you. Guided tours are also possible!!

( there is parking space for bikes at the patio of the building)
